不同部位男性尖锐湿疣患者的心理健康状况与生活质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的对男性不同部位尖锐湿疣患者生活质量和心理健康状况进行分析,为今后在治疗中进行心理干预疗法提供理论依据。方法将96例男性尖锐湿疣患者分成生殖器组和非生殖器组,应用尖锐湿疣患者生活质量问卷(CECA10)和90项症状清单(SCL-90)对两组患者进行问卷调查。结果生殖器组CECA10的情感维度得分和总分均高于非生殖器组得分(P<0.05),而性活动维度则无差异(P>0.05);在SCL-90的各因素中,生殖器组的躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖及总分较非生殖器组低(P<0.05);SCL-90总分与CECA10总分呈负相关(r=-0.654,P<0.01)。结论不同部位尖锐湿疣患者的生活质量及心理健康状况明显不同;患者的心理健康状况与生活质量呈负相关;对尖锐湿疣患者进行健康教育或心理治疗,会改善生活质量,有利于疾病的转归。Objective To analyze the quality of life and the mental health status of condyloma acuminate（CA） patients with different occurrence sites, so as to provide a theoretical basis for psychotherapy in clinical treatment of CA patients. Methods Total 96 CA outpatients were divided into the genital CA group and the non-genital CA group based on anatomical sites. Afterwards, the two groups received a questionnaire survey with quality of life questionnaire for patients with genital warts（CECA10） and symptom checklist 90（SCL-90）. Results The genital CA group was superior to the non-genital CA group in both CECA10＇s emotional dimension and the total CECA10 scores（P〈0.05）, meanwhile with no difference in the sexuality dimension（P〈0.05）; among the factors of SCL-90, the score of somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and terror of the genital CA group were lower than those of the non-genital CA group（P〈0.05）, as well as the total score; the total SCL-90 scores were negatively correlated with the total CECA10 scores（r=-0.654, P〈0.01）. Conclusions The quality of life and mental health of the male condyloma acuminate patients with different occurrence sites were significantly different, their mental health status was remarkably correlated with the quality of life. In this case, the patients can be given health education and psychological interventions, so as to improve their quality of life and facilitate the recovery from the disease.
