摘 要:现行抗震鉴定标准引入了后续使用年限的概念,但并未明确给出对应不同后续使用年限不同设防水准的地震动参数取值。在全国平均定义的地震危险性特征下,完整给出与抗震设计规范具有相同概率保证的不同后续使用年限不同设防水准的地震动参数取值;通过工程实例,对地震动参数采用本文取值与现行抗震鉴定标准的鉴定结果进行对比,验证本文方法的合理性。The concept of subsequent service life was introduced in the current standard for seismic appraisal of buildings, but the corresponding ground motion parameters of different subsequent service life of different fortification level were not explicitly provided. In this paper, according to the seismic hazard characteristic zone based on the national average definition, the ground motion parameter of different subsequent service life and different fortification level that have identical probability assurance to seismic design code were obtained; the rationality of the method in this paper was verified through an engineering project. The appraisal result of the ground motion parameters of current seismic standard and this paper were compared.
