摘　　要：东环商贸物流产业带的规划建设对韶关城区建设有积极的推动作用,目前在基础设施建设、招商项目建设、规划设计与项目管理等方面显现出若干问题。明确责任主体,加强政府部门之间以及政企之间的相互沟通协调,制定出科学的规划和配套的政策,将加快东环商贸城建设。East part CBD business trade logistics industry has positive effects of Shao Guan city develop. But East part CBD still have infrastructure, investment promotion, project construction, planning and design, and project management, etc, appear some problems. Clear the responsibility of government and coordination between government and company, make a scientific planning and supporting policies will help east part CBD development.
