大革命时期中国共青团基层组织形态研究——以湖南为例

摘　　要：中国共青团"一大"至北伐前,湖南大部分基层团组织贯彻执行了团中央从严入团的精神;但由于各种因素的制约,基层团组织大多缺乏训练,长期处在"涣散不振"、"纪律松弛"状态。对于大革命年代的青年来说,加入团组织时的"表现良好"及"山盟海誓",并不意味着其日后自然的"纪律严明"和"永不褪色"。共青团作为一种植入近代中国的新型政团组织,其组织功能的充分彰显,尚待各种主客观条件的进一步孕育和成熟。From the First Congress of the Youth League to the northern expedition, most of the primary organiza- tion of the Youth League in Hunan carried out the Sprit of the centre of the Youth League Youth League should be in strict way, but because some factors restricted them, and most of the Youth League lacked of training, it was in the state of ＂slackness and sluggishness that people who joined the of the primary organization ＂ and ＂lax discipline＂. To the youth, although they gave ＂good performance＂ and ＂loyal promise＂ when they joined the Youth League, it didn＇t mean they would obeys discipline in the future. The Youth League which is regarded as the new organization of the group entered China, the function as organization will be demonstrated fully if the subjective and objective conditions are mature.
