西红花苷的药理学研究进展

摘　　要：西红花是鸢尾科多年生草本植物番红花的干燥柱头,具有解郁安神、活血化瘀、凉血解毒的功效,可作为药品、食品染料和香料等用于人们的生产和生活。西红花的主要成分为西红花苷、西红花酸、西红花醛等,这些活性成分具有很多药理作用,如保护神经元、增强记忆、保护心血管。文章系统的概括西红花苷的药理活性,为西红花的深入开发提供参考。Saffron is a kind of traditional Chinese herbal medicine widely cultivated in Iran and the Mediterranean, such as Spain, Greece and Italy. Saffron can be also used in food industry as coloring or flavoring agent. It has been reported that the major components in saffron are crocin, crocetin, safranal. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that crocin has many treatment effects on diseases, such as neurodegenerative disease, learning and memory dysfuctions, cardiovascular disease. The paper provides a reference for the further research and development of saffron.
