安抚及触摸护理对小儿眼科手术患儿心理应激反应及家属满意度的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨安抚及触摸护理对小儿眼科手术患儿心理应激反应及家属满意度的影响。方法选取我院2013年9月至2014年9月收治的132例小儿眼科手术患儿,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各66例患儿。其中对研究组患儿采取安抚及触摸护理,对照组采取常规护理。对比分析两组患儿实施护理干预前后的心理应激反应情况和家属的满意程度。结果研究组患儿实施护理干预后,其收缩压、舒张压以及心率水平均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的家属满意程度和啼哭时间均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安抚及触摸护理能够明显减轻小儿眼科手术患儿的心理应激反应,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患儿早日康复,能进一步提高患儿及其家属对护理服务的满意程度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effects of comfort and touching nursing on psychological stress reaction and family satisfactiondegree of ophthalmic surgical children. Methods 132 cases of ophthalmic surgical children from September 2013 to September 2014 in ourhospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 66 cases in each group. The control group receivedroutine nursing, while the study group received comfort and touching nursing. The psychological stress reaction before and after nursingintervention and the satisfaction degree of the families were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention, the heartrate, the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Theduration of cry of children and satisfaction degree of their families were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The comfort and touching nursing can significantly alleviate the psychological stress reaction, reduce the incidence ofpostoperative complications, promote the rehabilitation of ophthalmic surgical children, and further improve the satisfaction degree ofchildren and their families, which is worthy of clinical application.
