摘　　要：在阐释高速铁路公益性和营利性经济属性特征的基础上,剖析了高速铁路经济可持续发展的内涵,从偿债可持续、经营可持续和发展可持续三个方面对高速铁路财务可持续发展进行论述,并从这三个方面构建了高铁财务可持续评价指标体系,提出了高速铁路实现财务可持续发展的对策建议.Based on the high-speed railway＇s economic characters of public benefit and profit-oriented,this paper defines the financial sustainability of China＇s high-speed railway from solvency,operation and development,establishes the evaluation index system,and provides the paths and suggestions of financial sustainable development from above three dimensions for China＇s highspeed railway.
