摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、比表面积仪等检测手段,对5种不同PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)浆液浓度制备的PET沉析纤维进行表观形貌、比表面积大小及与PET短切纤维配抄的纸张性能的研究。结果表明,PET沉析纤维呈飘带状,尺寸细小,纤维原纤化程度大;随着浆液浓度的增大,自制PET沉析纤维"树干"结构明显,在表面分裂出细小的微纤维量减少,形成近似棒状的纤维束;PET沉析纤维的比表面积随着浆液浓度的增大而减小;同时PET沉析纤维与PET短切纤维以5∶5比例配抄纸张的抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数随着浆液浓度的增大呈上升趋势。In this paper, 5 kinds of PET fibrids prepared from different concentration of slurry were observed under microscope and scanning electron microscope, their specific surface area were tested, and their papermaking performance was also studied. The results showed that the morphology of PET fibrids was the streamers, however, as the concentration inereasing of PET dun'y, several fibrids were gathered together, and formed the fiber bundle. The specific surface area of PET fibrid decreased as the increasing of slurry's concentration, tensile index, tear index and burst index of the PET papers were enhanced as the increasing of slurry's concentration.
