摘　　要：某风电场220kV线路发生瞬时单相故障后,线路保护单相跳闸,重合闸出口,断路器重合失败,通过分析保护装置及变电站后台监控系统的记录信息,结合线路保护装置的传动试验,确定故障原因为断路器本体合闸油压闭锁微动开关误动造成重合失败。指出高寒地区易产生油压问题导致断路器误动,对此提出了油压整定原则。Concerning the circuit breaker reclosing failure accident in the instantaneoussingle-phase fault occured on 220 k V transmission line, the author analyzed the problemby the recording information of the accident protection device and substation backgroundmonitoring system, combined with drive test of line protection devices, finely found out thatthe disoperation of the lock-out closing oil micro switch was the reasons for the accident.Finally, pointed out that the malfunction of the circuit breaker was easy to be produced inthe cold area, and put forward the setting principle of the oil pressure.
