摘  要:利用盐酸酸解中低品位磷矿,研究了磷矿中氟资源在酸解过程中的分布,确定了回收气相和液相中的氟资源的最佳条件:气相中,利用1L的模拟吸收塔,可获得质量分数为14.25%的氟硅酸溶液,氟回收率为94.57%;液相中,使用自制沉氟剂,加入100mL/L酸解液,反应时间为60min,氟回收率为70.24%,制备的氟硅酸钠各项指标均达到了标准HG/T3252-2000的要求。The distribution of fluorine in the process of acidoly sis was studied by leaching mid-low grade phosphate ore with hydrochloric acid. And the best condition of recovery of fluorine in gas phase and liquid phase was determined. In the gas phase, using the 1L simulation absorption tower, the concentration of 14.25% fluorosilieic acid solution can be obtained, recovery rate of fluorine is 94.57% and in the liquid phase, using the home made heavy fluorine agent, addition amount was 100 mL/L acidolysis solution, the reaction time was 60 rain, recovery rate of fluorine was 70. 24%, the indicators of sodium fluosilicate have reached the requirements of the standard HG/T3252-2000 .
