摘　　要：移动互联时代改变了人们的阅读习惯,也对传统媒体产生了巨大的冲击,尤其是读者群体范围小、比较集中的学术期刊。陕西省学术期刊是全国期刊的一个代表,如何应对管理体制的改革还是新兴媒体的影响,作为学术期刊只能顺应时代发展,积极寻求发展路径,走出一条适合自己的康庄大道。The era of mobile Internet changed people＇s reading habits, also has a huge impact on traditional media, especially the readership range of small, relatively concentrated academic journals. A representative of the academic journal is the journal of Shanxi province, how to deal with the influence of the reform of management system and emerging media, as journals can only keep up with the development of The Times, actively seek development path, out of a suitable for the road ahead.
