针刺治疗急性脑梗死后肺部感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针刺治疗急性脑梗死后肺部感染的临床疗效。方法将70例急性脑梗死后肺部感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及临床肺感染评分(CPIS),并观察NIHSS评分与CPIS之间的相关性。结果两组治疗后NIHSS评分和CPIS与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后NIHSS评分和CPIS与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后NIHSS评分与CPIS呈低度相关(r=0.417,P<0.05)。结论针刺配合药物是一种治疗急性脑梗死后肺部感染的有效方法,能改善患者NIHSS评分和CPIS评分。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on pulmonary infection after acute cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy patients with pulmonary infection after acute cerebral infarction were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 35 cases each. The control group received routine medication and the treatment group, acupuncture in addition. Pre-treatment and post-treatment National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS） scores and clinical pulmonary infection scores（CPIS） were compared between the two groups. The correlation between the NIHSS score and the CPIS score was observed. Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the NIHSS score and the CPIS score in the two groups（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the NIHSS score and the CPIS score between the treatment and control groups（P〈0.05）. The correlation between the NIHSS score and the CPIS score was low in the treatment group after treatment（r=0.417,P〈0.05）. Conclusions Acupuncture plus medication is an effective way to treat pulmonary infection after acute cerebral infarction. It can improve the NIHSS score and the CPIS score in the patients.
