摘　　要：为满足集聚纺生产对胶辊的使用要求,通过描述集聚纺纱的结构特点,分析了集聚纺纱中牵伸胶辊和集聚胶辊的作用;在介绍WRC-MF65型铝衬管胶辊特性的基础上,与其他同类产品在生产不同纱线品种上进行对比试验,详细分析其使用事项。试验表明:WRC-MF65型铝衬管胶辊具有优良的弹性、耐磨性及抗绕性,成纱质量优、耐中凹性好;应用在集聚纺上回磨周期可达3个月以上,具有综合成本相对较低的优势,可替代进口胶辊。To meet the requirements of the compact spinning process on the roccer,through the description of the structure characteristics of the compact spinning process,analysis is done to the roles of the spinning drafting roller and roller for the compact spinning process. The characteristics of the aluminium-lined roller WRC-MF65 is introduced and comparative test is done with other product in spinning varieties. Some cautions are given. The test proves that the atu- minium-lined roller is of good resilience,wear resistance and lapping resistance with good yarn quality and sagging resistance. Once applicated in the compact process, the regrinding cycle will be more than 3 months,good comprehensive edge in low cost as a substitution of the imported product.
