摘  要:室温研磨、无溶剂的绿色条件下,以I2负载蒙脱土催化Knoevenagel反应,筛选最优催化剂、碱添加剂、研磨时间及原料物质的量比.实验结果表明:以醋酸钠为碱添加剂,常温研磨10 min后,产率最高可达95.3%.红外、核磁、熔点表征产物,I2负载蒙脱土底物适应性良好并可以循环使用3次,使用此体系合成了具有潜在生物活性的靛红丙二腈衍生物,产率达90.8%.Knoevenagel reaction catalyzed by I2 loaded montmorillonite was developed under grinding and solvent-free conditions at room temperature. Catalyst,base additives,grinding time and the molar ratio of the raw material were screened. The results showed that: when base additive is nitrium acetate,grinding at room temperature for 10 min,the yield up to 95. 3%. The products were characterized by ^1 H NMR,IR and M. P. I2 loaded montmorillonite has a synergistic catalytic effect which can be recycled three times. Isatylidene malononitrile derivatives were prepared in 90. 8%yield which have potential biological activities.
