霜冻对长汀4种造林树种光合生理的影响

摘  要:为探明重建生态系统中重新补种植物对冬季低温条件的适应性,以福建长汀亚热带花岗岩红壤侵蚀区的造林树种马尾松(Pinus massoniana)、木荷(Schima superba)、樟树(Cinnamomum camphora)与深山含笑(Michelia maudiae)为研究对象,应用叶片气体交换和叶绿素荧光分析技术,对4种植物进行研究,探讨霜冻低温对4种造林树种光合生理的影响,以及霜冻时4种造林树种的自我保护机制.结果表明:霜冻使植物叶片PSⅡ最大量子效率(Fv/Fm)下降,最小荧光(Fo)上升;霜冻发生当天植物保持较高的NPQ值和较低的Yield值;霜冻后,随温度的上升,NPQ值逐渐减小,Yield值逐渐增大;4种树种霜冻当天的最大净光合速率(Pn,max)均小于霜冻后.霜冻时,4种造林树种均能通过加强非光化学猝灭增加热耗散来消除因光化学效率降低所累积的过量光能,以达到自我保护的目的.不同树种对霜冻的适应性不同,表现为马尾松适应性最强,樟树次之,深山含笑和木荷较差.The physiological adaptation of tree to the low temperature is essential to vegetation restoration. At the occurrence of frost in winter,we studied on the characteristics of leaf gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence of four species( Pinus massoniana,Schima superba,Cinnamomum camphora and Michelia maudiae),in granite red soil erosion area in Changting County,Fujian Province. To explore the self-protection mechanism of trees,living in low temperature. The results showed that: For the frost damage,the values of maximal photochemical efficiency of PSⅡin the dark( Fv/ Fm) decreased,but the minimum fluorescence( Fo) increased. During the frost time,trees maintained a high values of NPQ,but low values of Yield. After the frost,with increasing temperature,NPQ decreased gradually. At the same time,the values of Yield increased. The maximum net photosynthetic rates( Pn,max) of four species in the frost day were less than which afterfrost. At the time of frost,the self-protection mechanism of four species were the same as the nonphotochemical quenching heat dissipation were strengthened,these could conduce to eliminate the energy which accumulated excess when photochemical efficiency reduced. Comparison of adaptability to frost damage from strong to weak as P. massoniana, C. camphora, M. maudiae and S. superba.
