摘　　要：民族嵌入式社区建设是民族平等团结进步系统工程的重要内容,是党和国家民族平等团结原则和政策具体化、基层化的表现,而民族嵌入式社区建设将是一个不断进行理论实践和实践理论的过程。云南大理关迤社区基于历史上形成的多民族共居格局和社区民族工作的实际情况,以民族团结示范社区建设为契机,通过创新民族工作,加强社区建设,推进民族嵌入式社区发展,这为民族嵌入式社区建设提供了实践依据,具有一定的借鉴意义。The ethnic embedded community construction is an important content of systems engineering of ethnic equality and unity, which manifests specification and ground-rooted development of China＇ s ethnic equality and unity princi- ple and policy. The construction will be a constant process of theory-practice and practice-theory. Guanyi community in Dali, based on its multi ethnic joint habitation pattern formed in history and reality of ethnic work, taking the opportunity to construct the model community of ethnic unity, will ：promote community development from contact to harmonious embedment, by the innovation of ethnic work and strengthening community construction, which has some practical significance on ethnic embedded community construction, and provide some meaningful reference.
