摘  要:本文涉及中密度纤维板热压油泵的智能调速节能改造,针对热压油泵进行变频智能调速改造后,保证热压系统产环节能够满足正常生产工艺要求,同时可以降低热压油泵的电耗。介绍了以变频调速为核心手段来提高热压油泵运行效率,缩短热压周期,有效降低热压油泵空载运行电能浪费,提高热压工段自动化程度且降低热压油泵的运行电耗。This paper involves the intelligence of medium density fiberboard (MDF) hot pressing oil pump speed regulation and energy saving transformation, intelligent frequency conversion speed control for the oil pump hot after modification, maintain the normal production of hot pressing parts production system can meet the technological requirements, at the same time can reduce the power consumption of hot oil pump. Introduces the frequency control of motor speed as the core means to improve the efficiency of hot oil pump operation, shortening the period of hot pressing, effectively reduce the thermal oil pump running light electric energy waste, improve the hot-pressing process automation and reduce the operation of hot oil pump power consumption.
