摘 要:以Na_2H_2EDTA为助沉淀剂,以钼酸钠、氯化钙、氯化钠为原料,采用辅助沉淀法制备了Ca_((1-x))^(2+)Na_x^+MoO_4∶Eu^(3+)荧光粉.通过控制氯化钙和氯化钠的比例,成功地合成了球状形貌的钼酸盐微晶颗粒;探讨了不同浓度的Eu3+对发光强度的影响,Eu3+浓度为7%时,发光强度最大,在611nm处有最强发射.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和荧光/磷光分光光度计对其物相、形貌及发光性能进行表征和研究.The auxiliary molybdate was prepared by precipitation method: Eu3+ fluorescent powder, add Na2 H2 EDTA, complexing agent. Using sodium molyhdate, calcium chloride, sodium chloride and Na2 H2EDTA as raw materials, by controlling the proportion of calcium chloride and sodium chloride, molybdate crystalline successfully synthesized ball shape; the effects of different concentrations of Eu3+ on the luminescence intensity. The light intensity is the maximum at 7% of Eu3. The light emission is the strongest in 611nm. By X ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence / phosphorescence spectrophotometer on the phase, morphology and luminescence properties were characterized and studied.
