舟山地区护士对静脉留置导管周围血栓认知情况及护理现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解舟山地区护士对静脉留置导管周围血栓的认知情况及护理现状。方法采用自行设计的问卷对舟山地区开展中心静脉置管术的3所医院106名护士进行调查。结果护士静脉留置导管周围血栓认知平均得分(31.52±7.28)分,静脉留置导管周围血栓护理现状平均得分(22.59±3.64)分;职称、工作年限、参与置管、培训学时数是护士静脉留置导管周围血栓认知度和护理现状的影响因素,且护士对静脉留置导管周围血栓认知率与护理现状得分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论舟山地区护理人员对静脉留置导管周围血栓认知处于较低水平,护理现状有待改善,应加强培训。Objective To study the cognition condition on catheter associated thrombosis for nurses in Zhoushan District and its present nursing status.Method Investigate 106 nurses from 3hospitals developing central vein indwelling intubation by self-designed questionnaire.Result Average score of cognition on catheter associated thrombosis for nurses is（31.52±7.28）.Average score of present nursing status is（22.59±3.64）.Professional title,work seniority,taking part in indwelling and training hours are influencing factors of cognition on catheter associated thrombosis for nurses and present nursing status.Cognition rate on catheter associated thrombosis has positive correlation with present nursing status（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Cognition level on catheter associated thrombosis for nurses in Zhoushan District is low.Training should be enhanced to improve present nursing status.
