摘  要:测定冀桑2号在营养生长期、花期、果期和果后期4个时期的上部叶、中部叶和下部叶的鲜重和干重,计算叶片鲜重含水量和绝对含水量并进行数据分析。结果表明,从营养生长期到花期,冀桑2号3个部位叶片的鲜重含水量与绝对含水量均有上升;从花期到果后期,3个部位叶片的鲜重含水量与绝对含水量呈递减趋势。叶片含水量都以花期最大,果后期最小。The mulberry leaves at three positions including upper, middle and lower part of Jisang 2 were collected at four different periods, namely, vegetative period, florescence, fruit period and late fruit period, to measure fresh weight and dry weight, calculating and analyzing the absolute water content and water content of fresh weight of leaves. The results showed that the absolute water con- tent and water content of fresh weight of leaves at the three postitions both increased from vegetative period to florescence, decreased from florescence to late fruit period, and maximized at florescence, minimized at late fruit period in Jisang 2.
