参附注射液治疗急性心力衰竭40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价参附注射液配合西医常规治疗急性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:80例急性心力衰竭患者分为两组,参附注射液组40例,常规组40例。参附注射液组联合西药常规治疗,100ml每次,每天两次静滴;观察两组的心功能疗效、B型利钠肽(BNP)、心指数(CI)、中医症候积分变化。结果:两组患者心功能分级、BNP、CI、中医症候积分差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗72小时后心功能疗效、BNP、CI、中医症候积分改善情况,参附组与常规组比较两组相比有明显差异(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:参附注射液配合西医常规疗法治疗急性心力衰竭有肯定的疗效,可以降低急性心力衰竭患者的BNP、中医症候积分,提高心指数和临床疗效。Objective： Evaluating the curative efficacy on acute heart failure of Shenfu Injection used with western medicine convention treatment. Methods： Divided 80 cases of patients with acute heart failure into 2groups randomly： Shenfu group and convention group. Shenfu group were treated with Shenfu Injection on the basis of conventional therapy with 100 ml ivgtt twice each day. Then,observing the clinical curative efficacy,BNP,CI and symptom scores of the two groups. Results： NYHA classification,BNP,CI and symptom scores were not significantly difference（ P〉0. 05）. Improvement of clinical curative efficacy,BNP,CI and symptom scores were significantly difference（ P〈0. 05） with 72-hour treatment. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Shenfu Injection combined with conventional therapy is effective in treating acute heart failure. It can reduce the patients＇ BNP and symptom scores and raise cardiac index and clinical efficacy.
