“三步四结合法”教学在医学检验专业临床教学培训中的应用探索

摘　　要：通过采用"三步四结合法",即通过三个教学阶段将理论知识、手工操作、仪器培训、临床个案分析与实验室检查相结合的教学,对医学检验专业临床实习的本科及专科生进行规范化培训,并与传统的临床带教进行比较,探索新的教学在提升医学检验专业实习学生的专业理论水平、动手能力、分析能力、创新应变能力中的作用。We used three-steps-four-combination method in clinical practicum of medical laboratory which combines theoretical knowledge,operation skills,instrument training and clinical case analysis with clinical laboratory in clinical practicum. We compared new and traditional teaching to find out the effect of the new method. The results show that the new teaching model can improve the level of the professional theory,manual ability,analysis ability and innovation ability of medical clinical students.
