摘　　要：文章分析了南京市移动互联网产业的发展格局和制度缺失下现存的问题,并在分析了有关城市发展政策后,提出了几点建议。The article analyzes the existing problems with the deficiency of current developing structure and situation of Nanjing mobile internet industry, and puts forward some suggestions after analyzing urban developing policies.
