摘　　要：文章针对微信公众平台迅猛的发展势头和基层文化服务创新的紧迫性,分析了基于微信构建基层文化服务公众平台的意义。并从需求分析入手,明确了各功能模块的分布,最终设计实现了一个与传统基层文化服务功能互补的微信公众平台,在"互联网+基层文化服务"的试点上取得了较好的效果。In light of the strong momentum of development displayed by the WeChat public platform, alongside the urgency of the grassroots cultural service innovation, this paper involves an analysis on the significance of WeChatbased construction of public platform catering to the grassroots cultural service. Further more, proceeding with the demand analysis, the paper specifically pinpoints the distribution of each functional module. Ultimately, a distinctive WeChat public platform that enables mutual complements with the conventional function of grassroots cultural service is implemented, which even achieved good results on the pilot project of ＂Internet ＋ Grassroots Cultural Service＂.
