摘 要:环境类人才的创新创业能力是新时期高等教育改革与环境保护产业发展的必然需求.基于创新创业的时代背景和基本内涵,从教学体系、产学合作模式、科研指导方式三方面入手,探索了"学工研"为一体的人才培养模式,其核心特征是理论与实践相结合、学生认知能力和工程认同感相结合、实用性与科学性相结合、职业规划与企业实践相结合.五年的实践表明,学生所学知识应用自如,工程设计能力和科研实践能力明显加强,培养的创新创业型环境类人才能满足当下环保产业的需要.Innovation and entrepreneurship ability of environmental talents is an inevitable demand of the high education reform and environmental protection industry development in the new period. Based on historical background and fundamental connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship, integrated with teaching system, co-operation mode and study-instruction method, a cultivation mode including learning, practice and study has been put forward. The mode is the combination of theory and practice, cognizance and agreement, practicability and scientificity, vocational planning and enterprise practice. In five years, the practice showed that the knowledge of undergraduates can be applied freely; their ability of engineering design and scientific practice is sharply improved. Thus, those talents cultivated can meet the needs of environmental protection industry.
