摘　　要：目的了解我国血液安全监测研究现状,为进一步改进提供数据支撑。方法文献综述。结果我国血液安全监测平台研究尚处于起步阶段,对血液安全监测的认识局限于概念层面,献血反应和献血不良事件报告制度不完善,报告文书不规范,缺少专业的数据分析处理机构。结论应加强血液信息网络系统建设,搭建大数据信息资源库框架,建立血液安全监测数据上报机制等。Objective To understand the status of blood safety monitoring studies, in order to provide further data support. Method Literature review. Result The blood safety monitoring platform study was still on initial stage, its awareness was confined within the conceptual level, adverse effect and adverse event reporting system on blood donation was imperfect, the reporting instrument was not standardized, and the professional data analysis agency was lack of. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the blood information network system construction, build big data repository framework1 and establish blood safety monitoring data reporting mechanism.
