摘　　要：随着海洋经济在国民经济中所占比例的增加,海洋资源综合管理的重视度也逐年增强。在总结现有文献的基础上,对海域使用权的现行市场化运作情况、海域使用权市场交易方式进行了分析,对现存不足之处总结分析,并展望了未来海域使用权市场化管理的发展方向。With the increase of marine economy in the proportion of the national economy,the importance of the development of oceanic economy has begun to be strengthened,and the relevant marine economy laws and regulations have successively been promulgated and implemented,so more and more scholars pay attention to the development of marine economy.In order to develop the marine economy reasonably and smoothly,it is essential to research on the development of the marine usage right.On the basis of summarizing the existing literature of marine usage right operation condition,it analyzed,by using power market mode,the existing deficiencies and prospected the future of marine usage right and its development direction of market management.
