广东欠发达地区空巢老人体育态度与体育行为的研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、统计分析和逻辑推理等方法,对广东欠发达粤北山区空巢老人参与体育健身态度和行为进行了深入的研究和分析.结果显示:粤北山区空巢老人参与体育健身的态度总体较为积极;促进健康,消除寂寞是空巢老人参与体育健身的主要目的;男性和女性空巢老人参与体育健身的频率及活动项目的选择上都具有显著性差异;选择与朋友或亲戚一同参与和在小区会所(空地)、健身广场和公园是空巢老人参与健身活动的主要形式和场所;缺少健身知识和现场指导、缺乏职能部门尤其是社区居委会的重视和关心以及活动场地和健身设施的不足是影响空巢老人参与体育健身的主要因素.This thesis investigates on the attitudes and behaviors on sports among the empty nest elderly in less-developed areas of Guangdong Province with the methods of document research, questionnaires, statistical analysis and logical reasoning. It shows that：the empty nest elderly are generally active in sports activities; their general goals are maintaining health and fighting loneliness; there are obviously gender differences on the attitudes of participation and the selection of sports games; sporting with family members or friends in the residential gardens, sports squares and the parks are the major choices of the empty nest elderly. It points out that the major barriers to the participation of empty nest elderly in sports games are：the lack of knowledge on sports or the spot guidance; the absence of the management and organization from the residents community; the insufficient fields and facilities of sports.
