体育艺术类选项课对大学生心理健康影响的研究

摘　　要：作为普通高校素质教育的重要组成部分,体育教育和大学生心理健康教育之间存在着密不可分的联系,分析和探讨体育艺术类选项课对大学生心理健康的效用和影响,为心理健康教育工作的开展和改革提供新视角.采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,结合POMS心境状态量表,对50名2015级学生进行实验研究,得出相关结论:体育艺术类选项课对大学生心理健康有着积极的影响;不同的体育艺术类选项课对大学生心理健康的具体项目的影响也不同.As an important part of quality education in common universities, the physical education is related to college students＇ mental health education. The paper analyzes and discusses on the utility and influence of Sports ＆ art elective curriculum for college students＇ mental health, to provide a new perspective for mental health education work. Using methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, and the combination of POMS scale, the paper studies on the 50 students of grade one from university. The conclusions are as follows： sports ＆ art elective curriculum has a positive influence on college students＇mental health;different sports ＆ art elective curriculum have different influence on college students＇ mental health.
