摘 要:玻璃纤维筋(GFRP)具有抗拉强度高、重量轻、耐腐蚀等良好特性,工程实践中常用于替代结构中的钢筋。以南京某基坑工程为例,探讨了GFRP筋替代钢筋用于基坑支护结构时存在的设计与施工问题,介绍了GFRP筋的基本特性、GFRP筋与支护桩冠梁的连接、GFRP筋自身的连接与搭接、GFRP筋笼制作方法以及浇筑混凝土时GFRP筋笼上浮的处理措施。GFRP筋在实际工程中应用表明:基坑土方开挖施工过程中,支护结构变形及周边地面沉降值均控制在允许范围内,基坑安全可靠。GFRP bars possess ifne characteristics, such as high tensile strength, light weight and superior corrosion resistance, thus are often used to replace the steel bars of structure in engineering projects. By taking a foundation pit excavation engineering in Nanjing as the example, problems in design and construction when using GFRP bars instead of steel bars in supporting structure are discussed. Furthermore, characteristics of GFRP bars, the joint between GFRP bars and top beam of supporting piles, connection and overlap among GFRP bars, manufacture of GFRP-bar cages and measures preventing cages floating upward during concrete casting are introduced. Applications of GFRP bars prove that if deformations of supporting structure and settlements of surrounding are both controlled within allowable ranges during construction, thus the foundation pit is safe and reliable.
