摘 要:针对电容钳位多电平逆变器传统载波相移PWM方法的线电压谐波高、电容电压不易稳定控制、电压利用率较低等问题,提出了一种新型相移空间矢量调制(PS-SVPWM)策略。将传统PS-SVPWM引入到多电平电容钳位逆变器中,虽然提高了电压利用率,平衡了电容电压,但不能有效降低线电压谐波;对空间矢量调制中的三角载波进行改进,提出了新型PS-SVPWM策略。该方法在具备以上优点的基础上,有效降低了线电压谐波。以三电平电容钳位逆变器为例,详细阐述了新型相移空间矢量控制策略的调制原理,对于多电平电容钳位型逆变器,只需分层调制,省去大量的扇区划分和数学计算。以电容钳位三电平和五电平逆变器为例进行仿真验证,结果证明了该调制策略的正确性和有效性。Aiming at the traditional carrier phase shift PWM method for capacitor clamped multilevel inverter, the line voltage harmonics was high, capacitor voltage was not easy to control stability and low utilization ratio of voltage, a novel phase shift space vector modulation (PS-SVPWM) strategy was proposed. The traditional PS- SVPWM was introduced into the multilevel capacitor clamped inverter, which could improve the voltage utilization and balance the capacitor voltage, but it could not reduce the line voltage harmonics effectively ; the carrier of space vector modulation was improved, and a new PS-SVPWM strategy was proposed, which was based on the advantages of the above method and effectively reduced the line voltage harmonics. Taking the three level capacitor clamped inverter as an example, the modulation principle of the new phase shift space vector control strategy was described in detail and just layered modulation for multilevel capacitor clamped inverter, which eliminated a large number of sector division and mathematical calculations. Finally, the simulation model was based on the three level and the capacitor clamped five level inverter, the results showed that the proposed method was correct and effective.
