摘 要:为了快速分析和计算双凸极永磁双转子电机(DSPM-DRM)的磁场和性能,提出将非线性自适应集总参数磁路法(NALPAMC)应用于DSPM-DRM的分析。该方法的分析计算包括:变结构的气隙磁导和导磁材料磁导的确定、磁导矩阵方程的建立和求解方程时对B-H曲线的差值处理,进一步利用所提出的等效磁路模型计算了电机的磁链、反电动势和气隙磁密等电机电磁性能。该模型考虑了电机的局部饱和、材料非线性和复杂磁场关系的影响,将计算结果与有限元法进行对比,验证了提出方法的准确性和有效性。In order to analyze and calculate of magnetic field and performance of the doubly salient permanent- magnet double-rotor motor (DSPM-DRM) with high efficiency, a nonlinear adaptive lumped parameter analysis magnetic circuit method (NALPAMC) was proposed to investigate the DSPM-DRM. The method, which included variable structure of air-gap permeance, permeability of magnetic materials, establishment of a magnetic conductance matrix equation and differential disposal of B-H curve, obtains the flux, back electromotive force and air-gap flux density of DSPM-DRM. Meanwhile, the model took the local saturation, non-linear iron core permeability and complex changes of magnetic field into consideration. Furthermore, the analysis results were also compared with that of finite element method, the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method was verified.
