基于高校内部自评的高等教育质量评价实践——以安徽财经大学为例

摘　　要：当前,人们已逐渐接受和认可了高等教育大众化的发展模式,然而这种由于扩招带来的超常规的快速发展对我国高等教育质量观提出了更高的要求。在此背景下,高校如何通过有效的内部教育质量评价工作,引导高校步入内涵发展,是高等教育理论研究者和实践工作者必须着力解决的重要课题。以安徽财经大学校内质量评价工作为例,总结并分析该校内部教学质量评价工作的实践成果和存在的问题,并结合这些问题提出丰富多元价值主体共同参与的互动平台等相关建议,旨在对日后建立科学、完善的高等教育质量评价体系提供参考。People now have gradually accepted and approved the developing mode of popularization of highereducation. However, this extraordinarily rapid development on account of college expansion requires higher qualityof China＇s higher education. Against this background, how to lead colleges and universities into connotationdevelopment through effective internal evaluation of education quality is the important issue for the theoreticalresearchers and practical workers of higher education. The thesis takes the internal evaluation of Anhui University ofFinance ＆ Economics as an example, summarizes and analyzes the achievements and existing problems in thepractice of the teaching evaluation and then puts forward relevant suggestions such as constructing an interactiveplatform which involves multiple subjects. The thesis purports to be helpful to establish a scientific and consummateevaluation system of higher education quality in the future.
