摘 要:针对GB/T 7305—2003《石油和合成液水分离性测定法》在实际应用中的不足,开发了一种能较好反映润滑油破乳性能的实验方法——连续破乳实验,并采用这种方法研究了油水比为1∶1,5∶3,3∶1,7∶1时,三种液压油抗乳化性能的变化情况。结果表明,随着油水比的增大,液压油连续抗乳化性能变差,且不同品质油品的抗乳化性能之间的差距变大。According to the shortcomings of GB/T 7305-2003(standard test method for water separability of petroleum oils and synthetic fluids) in practical application, a continuous demulsification experiment was developed to predict the demulsification capability of lubricating oil. This method was used to investigate the change of demulsification capability of three hydraulic oils when the oil-water ratios were 1 ∶1, 5∶3, 3∶1 and 7∶1, respectively. The results showed that with the increase of oil-water ratio, the continuous demulsification capability of hydraulic oils became worse, and the difference of anti-emulsification performance between different oils became larger.
