摘  要:目的优选金钱草煮散颗粒的制备方法及煎煮工艺。方法以颗粒的成型性和滤过性确定金钱草煮散颗粒的粉碎粒度,采用正交试验法,以槲皮素含量和干膏收率为指标进行综合加权评分,确定煎煮工艺。结果制备金钱草煮散颗粒的药材粉碎粒度为中粉,最佳的煎煮工艺为A_3B_2C_1,即煎煮3次,每次20 min,加8倍量水。结论金钱草中粉制粒容易,颗粒色泽均匀,流动性、松紧度均较好,颗粒中细粉较少,滤过性较好。与传统饮片比较,煮散颗粒的干膏收率为30.8%,是传统工艺的1.7倍;含量为7.53 mg/g,是传统饮片的1.5倍。煮散颗粒各项指标均优于传统饮片,同时还可节约资源、降低生产成本,提高药物的临床疗效,值得推广。Objective To optimize the preparation and decocting technology of Jinqiancao Zhusan Granules. Methods The moldability and filtration of the granules was used to determine the crush size of the powder. The orthogonal test was applied to determine the de- cocting technology by the weighted grading of quercetin content and dry extract yield rate. Results Thepreparation of Jinqiancao Zhusan Granules used middle- sizedcrushed powder,the best decoeting method was A3B2CI,i. e. ,decoeting 3 times for 20 min each and adding 8 times the amount of water. Conclusion The middle- sized crushed powder is easy to make granules with color uniformity, better mo- bility and tightness with less fine powder,and relatively good filtration. Compared with traditional decoction pieces,the dry extract yield rate of Jinqiancao Zhusan Granules was 30.8% ,which is 1.7 times than the traditional process;the content was 7.53 mg/g,which is 1.5 times than the traditional pieces. Jinqianeao Zhusan Granulesnot only have better indicators than the traditional pieces,but also can save resources,reduce production costs and improve the efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
