摘  要:钢轨轨底焊筋打磨是轨道铺设工程中必不可少的工作。现有工地钢轨焊接轨底焊筋打磨多采用手持式棒砂轮,这种方式操作简便,但效率低、劳动条件差、劳动力成本高,且打磨质量稳定性差。针对现有问题,设计了一种适合现场使用的新型轨底焊筋自动打磨机,采用厚度尺寸稍大于轨底宽度的砂轮,工作时通过手轮控制丝杠与螺母配合运动,实现垂直方向和沿钢轨轴线方向的进给运动;同时采用同步带轮系统保证垂直方向运动的平稳性。新型轨底打磨机操作简单、自动化程度高,可加快施工进度,降低人工成本,更好地控制了打磨质量。Grinding process for rail's welding joint rib at the bottom is essential in track construction engineering work, and the existing tool for that is handheld grinding wheel, which is convenient to operate, but with many disadvantages such as low efficiency, poor working conditions, high labor cost, and the unstable grinding quality. In view of the existing problems,we design a new automatic grinding machine which is suitable for the construction site grinding. The new machine adopts thickness size grinding wheel shghtly larger than rail bottom width. When working, control screws and nuts by two hand wheels to implement f^d movements of vertical direction and along the axis of the rail, at the same time uses synchronous pulley system to guarantee the running smoothness of vertical direction. This new type of rail grinding machine has the advantages of simple operation, high automatic degree, high efficiency and low labor costs need, can control the grinding quality reliably.
