摘  要:通过理论分析和具体工程实例介绍不同结构形式(桔瓣式和混合式)球罐球壳板一次下料的计算方法及相关公式,列举400 m^3桔瓣式液氨球罐和6 000 m^3混合式丙烷球罐的下料计算实例,并在实践中验证上述方法的准确性,证明采用此方法可以直接确定原材料钢板的订货尺寸,提高了材料利用率。比较混合式球罐和桔瓣式球罐的材料利用率,探讨赤道带所含球心角与材料利用率的关系,以及增加温带对材料利用率的影响。In this paper,a method of primary blanking calculations of shells of spherical tank with different structural types (orange petal type and combination type ) is instructed in details by theoretical analyses and examples ,and the relative calculation formulas are given. Blanking calculation examples of a 400 m3 liquid ammonia spherical tank with orange petal type and a 6 000 m3 propane spherical tank with combination type are enumerated,and accuracy of this calculation method is verified in practices. The ordering dimensions of the primary materials steel plates can be figured out directly by this method, and material utilization ratio can be increased greatly.The material utilization ratios respectively of spherical tank with orange petal type and with combination type are compared. To explore the relationship between the sphere centre angle and the material utilization ratio,and increase the temperate zone to the impact of material utilization.
