摘  要:为了研究气液旋流器内气泡直径对分离和流场的影响,以内锥式气液旋流器为原型,分别设计了3种不同内锥结构的旋流器,建立了网格模型并做了网格无关性验证,网格质量检查结果良好。针对气液混合介质中的气泡单一直径和3种不同直径的组合,应用FLUENT软件,模拟分析4种结构旋流器的切向速度和分离效果。研究表明:分离单一直径气泡时,随着直径的增大,溢流口气相体积分数先增加后减少;分离多种直径气泡混合介质时,随着直径的增大,溢流口气相体积逐渐减少;改变内锥形状可以改善分离效果,分离某一直径气泡的相对最优结构用于分离另1种直径气泡未必是相对最优结构;分离不同直径气泡的相对最优结构可能并不相同。To study the influence of bubble diameter on separation and flow field in gas--liquid hydrocyclone, hydrocyclones with different three inner cones were designed, based on an inner cone gas--liquid hydrocyclone. Meshes selected by grid independence of numerical solution were generated. Aiming at bubble with single diameter and three kinds of diameter in gas--liquid mixture medium, four kinds of hydrocyclones were numerically simulated applying by FLUENT. Results show that gas phase volume fraction increases firstly and then decreases with diameter increasing when bubble is single diameter in gas--liquid mixture medi- um. Gas phase volume fraction decreases with diameter increasing when bubble is three kinds of diameter in gas--liquid mixture medium. Separation efficiency of hydroeyelone can be improved by charge shape of inner cone, while relative optimal structure when bubble is a certain diameter is not always optimal when bubble is other diameter. Relative optimal structure of separating different diameter bubble may be different.
