摘 要:【目的】为了明确引起兰州百合枯萎病的病原菌,对兰州百合枯萎病鳞茎及病田土壤进行研究.【方法】采用组织分离及土壤稀释法进行病原菌分离,回接试验测定致病性,病原菌的培养性状、分生孢子的大小等形态特征鉴定菌种.【结果】从病株鳞茎上分离得F1、F2、F3、F4共4种镰刀菌,分离频率依次为25%、15%、5%、5%,从土壤中分离出1株镰刀菌F5.经过致病性分析,鳞片刺伤后接种,鳞片发病率达100%,病情指数(DI)分别为85.42、80.83、75.83、64.58、82.08;鳞片无刺伤接种,鳞片发病率分别为85.71%、47.62%、42.86%、19.05%、57.14%,病情指数分别为(DI)分别为53.57、22.62、21.43、9.52、25.00.鉴定结果为F1:尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium.oxysporum)、F2:茄病镰刀菌(Fusarium.solani)、F3:三线镰刀菌(Fusarium.tricinctum)、F4:烟草镰刀菌(Fusarium.tabacinum)、F5:禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium.graminearum).【结论】尖孢镰刀菌、茄类镰刀菌和禾谷镰刀菌的致病能力较强,为兰州百合枯萎病的主要致病菌.【Objective】To determine the pathogens which causing wilt disease of Lanzhou lily from of Lintao County,Gansu Province,and to evaluate the bulb and pathogenic soil of this area.【Method】Isolation and identification of pathogen by the method of tissue separation and soil dilution,and the tieback test to determine pathogenic.【Result】A total of 5Fusarium isolates that 4species(F1,F2,F3,F4)were isolated from Lanzhou Lily bulbs,isolated frequency were 25%,15%,5% and 5%.One(F5)from soil were identified based on methods of isolation,purification,morphological characters and pathogenicity.The disease incidences reached 100% and the disease indexes of five pathogens were 85.42,80.83,75.83,64.58,82.08 by bulbs wound inoculation,respectively.The disease incidences of the bulbs were 85.71%,47.62%,42.86%,19.05%,57.14% and the disease indexes of five pathogens were 53.57,22.62,21.43,9.52,25.00 by no-wound inoculation,respectively.Morphological characters showed that strains F1,F2,F3,F4,F5 were respectively identified as F.oxysporum,F.solani,F.tricinctum,F.tabacinum and F.graminearum.【Conclusion】F.oxysporum,F.graminearum and F.solani had higher pathogenicity than others,these are major pathogens of Lanzhou lily wilt disease.
