摘　　要：A型肉毒素可以使肌肉松弛麻痹,起到缓解肌肉痉挛、降低肌张力的作用,现已广泛应用于肌痉挛、肌张力障碍性和疼痛性疾病等康复领域。各研究表明其临床效果明显,疗效显著,是一种副作用轻微且可逆,简便易行、安全有效的治疗方法。本文主要总结探讨肉毒素在额横纹、面肌痉挛、Meige综合征、小儿痉挛性脑瘫、脑卒中康复治疗、难治性疼痛方面的应用。Botulinum Toxin Type A can paralyze muscular flaccidity so as to achieve the tunctlon ot relieving mus- cle spasm and reducing muscular tension, which is now widely used in rehabilitation field such as myospasm, muscu- lar tension aplastic and painful diseases.Researches show that it has obvious clinical effect that can be a simple and safe treatment method with minor and reversible side effect.The paper mainly summarizes the application of Botulinum Toxin in the treatment of forehead band, prosopospasm, Meige syndrome, pediatric spastic cerebral palsy, stroke, and refractory pains.
