养阴通络方联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗阴虚血燥型原发性干燥综合征30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察养阴通络方联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法 60例原发性干燥综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均给予硫酸羟氯喹片口服,每次0.2 g,每日2次。治疗组另给予养阴通络方,每日1剂。对照组另给予白芍总苷胶囊,每次0.6 g,每日2次。两组均服药3个月。治疗前后用滤纸的润湿长度评价眼干程度,用糖块含化时间评价口干程度,并检测血沉(ESR)、γ球蛋白及免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)水平。治疗后评价临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为83.33%,对照组为56.7%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组糖块含化时间、滤纸润湿长度、ESR、γ球蛋白及Ig G、Ig A、Ig M均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组除滤纸润湿长度外各指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养阴通络方联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗原发性干燥综合征疗效确切,能明显改善口干、眼干症状,可能与降低ESR及免疫调节有关。Objective To observe clinical curative effects of Yangyin Tongluo Formula（ 养阴通络方） combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets in treating primary Sjogren＇s syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with primary Sjogren＇s syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each.Two groups were both given Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets orally,0. 2 g each time,twice per day. The treatment group was also given Yangyin Tongluo Formula,one dose per day. The control group was also given Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules（ 白芍总苷胶囊）,0. 6 g each time,twice per day. Two groups were both treated for 3 months. Eye drying degree was evaluated using wetting length of filter paper,and mouth dying degree was evaluated using the time of melting by mouth holding before and after treatment. And levels of Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate（ ESR）,gamma globulin and immunoglobulin G（ Ig G）,immunoglobulin A（ Ig A）,immunoglobulin M（ Ig M） were tested. After treatment,clinical curative effects were also evaluated. Results The total clinical effective rate was 83. 33% in the treatment group while 56. 7% in the control group. The treatment group was remarkably superior to the control group（ P〈 0. 01）. The time of melting by mouth holding,and levels of ESR,gamma globulin,and Ig G,Ig A and Ig M in both groups after treatment all remarkably improved compared with that before the treatment（ P 〈0. 05 or P〈 0. 01）.And the improvement of all indexes in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group except for wetting length of filter paper（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Yangyin Tongluo Formula（ 养阴通络方） combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets shows obvious curative effect in treating primary Sjogren＇ s syndrome. It could improve symptoms like mouth drying and eyes drying,which may be related to decreasing ESR and regulating immune.
