摘  要:本文研究了不锈钢ZG10Cr14Ni5Mo2喷油嘴壳体的精密铸造工艺。采用顶注式浇注系统,大尺寸浇道。蜡模组合时在铸件用蜡模和浇注系统冒口上连接通气棒,涂料时在空腔圆柱内加铁棒,造型时在脖颈处加保温棉,空腔圆柱型壳外加冷铁。采用该工艺后获得了冶金质量合格的铸件,并且保证铸件合格率在90%以上,工艺设计合理。The investment casting technology of ZG10Cr14Ni5Mo2 oil injection nozzle shell was studied. Top gating system and large size running channel were adopted. The venting wires were added between the wax pattern of casting and riser when wax pattern assembling. The gavelock was added to hollow circular cylinder when coating mixture. The heat insulating materials were added to the neck position when molding. Outside hollow circular cylinder shell mold, chill was added. The qualified metallurgy quality of the casting was obtained after adopting the casting technology, and more than 90% yield can be guaranteed, which shows the technology design is rational.
