摘 要:为了提高小型压铸件产品进浇口分离效率,提出基于共振理论的全新破断分离方法。该方法根据材料力学特性和σ-ε曲线找出进浇口强度极限值σb,利用ANSYS谐响应分析,确定了压铸件进浇口发生破断时,外部激励载荷的最佳频率和最优幅值。在试验设备上对该方法进行验证试验,实验结果证明了该方法的可行性及有效性。本研究成果为压铸件进浇口的分离提供了理论基础并为共振破断方法的进一步研究提供了有价值的参考。To improve the efficiency on separation gate of small die casting, a new method of gate breaking based on resonance theory was proposed. The method experiment on an auto part, obtained its strength limit value (σ b) on the basis of material mechanical properties and stress-strain curve. The finite element model of die casting is established in ANSYS, modal analysis is carried out to get modal frequencies which have great impact on gate dynamic performance. And optimal external load values (frequency and amplitude) are determined, which caused gate separate through harmonic response. The experimental results proved the method with high feasibility and stability, which explored a new method for die casting de-gating and also provide theoretic foundation for further study.
