摘 要:在优化设计基本元素的基础上,制备不同镍含量的试样。通过采用金相观察、硬度及抗拉强度测试,研究了Ni对球墨铸铁组织及性能的影响。结果表明:当Ni含量为0.3%时,球墨铸铁组织为石墨+珠光体+铁素体,石墨的球化等级达到1~2级,石墨球大小达到6~7级,珠光体含量为25%~45%;其性能达到:布氏硬度HBS190-200,抗拉强度〉500MPa,伸长率〉10%。On the basis of the optimization design of basic elements, the samples with different nickel contents were prepared. By means of metallographic observation, hardness and tensile strength test, the effects of Ni on microstructure and properties ductile iron were studied. The results show that when the Ni content is 0.3%, structure of ductile iron consist of graphite, pearlite and ferrite, graphite spheroidization level is 1-2 grade, size of nodular graphites reaches 6-7, pearlite content is 25%-45%; its properties are as follows: Brinell hardness HBS 190-200, tensile strength 〉 500 MPa, elongation 〉 10%.
