摘　　要：目的探讨孕11-14周产前超声诊断胎儿体蒂异常（body stalk anomaly,BSA）综合征的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年9月深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院产前超声诊断的6例胎儿BSA者的临床资料,分析其超声声像图特点。结果 6例胎儿BSA均有较大的胸腹部缺损,且内脏器官及脊柱出现不同程度的扭曲,6例脐带异常,其中2例合并肢体畸形,1例合并颈部透明带增厚。结论胎儿BSA为罕见的致死性胎儿畸形,孕早期即可通过超声筛查发现异常,应及时终止妊娠。Objective To investigate the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal body stalk anomaly（BSA）in 11 - 14 weeks of gestation.Methods Analyzed the clinical data of 6 cases of BSA in Bao＇an Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2012 to September 2014 retrospectively,and the characteristics of ultrasonic imaging were analyzed.Results6 cases of BSA were found with large chests and abdomen defects,and the internal organs and spine appeared to have different degrees of distortion.Umbilical cord abnormalities were found in 6 cases,including 2 with limb deformity and 1 with cervical clear band thickening.Conclusion BSA is a rare and lethal abnormality.We can detect it with ultrasound by the end of first trimester and terminate pregnancy.
