摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,探讨京津冀协同发展背景下廊坊市老龄人口晚年生活现状及影响因素,提出发展对策。结果显示:廊坊市老年人住房面积一般为70-80m2,工资水平多为2000-3000元;老年人以体育活动作为主要消遣娱乐方式,体育锻炼主要以走跑交替为主。大多数老年人认为身体健康状况、心理状况和家庭关系是影响晚年生活质量的主要因素;同时子女数量、经济收入、医疗保障、婚姻状况也是影响老年人晚年生活的主要因素。This paper applied literature, questionnaire method and so on to explore the living situation and the influence factors of the old people in Langfang city under the coordinative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province, and then put forward corresponding strategies. And it turned out that the average housing space for the old is 70 - 80m^2, and their wage is between 2000 and 3000 RMB per month, which takes up a large percentage among the old. And the main entertainment activity for the old there is physical exercises, and the main exercise is the alternating exercise between walking and running. Most old people think that some factors, such as healthy conditions, psychological burden and fami- ly relationship, will affect the living quality of the old people, besides, the other factors, such as the number of the chil- dren, income, medical security and marital status, will have a bad impact on the old people＇s later life.
