摘 要:为了总结三峡工程正常蓄水运行后,三峡库区消落区库岸治理工程施工特点及导流度汛的规律,在分析三峡水利枢纽调度运行方案、三峡库区消落区概况、三峡库区气象特点和洪水特点的基础上,结合近几年三峡库区消落区库岸治理工程实践,总结出三峡库区消落区库岸治理工程反季节施工、受暴雨和洪水影响大、可施工时间短、施工强度高的特点,提出利用库区低水位时段施工,不设围堰导流,库水位上涨时及时撤离的度汛方案,为三峡库区消落区库岸治理提供参考。The operation scheme of the Three Gorges Junction, general conditions of the water-level-fluctuating zone of the Three Gorges Reservoir, and the specific meteorological and flood characteristics of the reservoir area are analyzed firstly. Then, based on the engineering practice of the reservoir bank treatment work in the water-level-fluctuating zone in recent years, the construction characteristics of the work are summarized, such as the off-season construction, strong influences of the heavy rain and flood, relatively short time that allows construction, and high construction intensity. Considering these characteristics, an effective diversion scheme is proposed, in which the construction should be carried out in the low water level season without cofferdams and stopped and evacuated timely when the water level rises. It could be a useful reference for the reservoir bank treatment work in the water-level-fluctuating zone of the Three Gorges Reservoir.
