摘　　要：目的了解厦门市、区疾控机构免疫规划服务能力,对存在问题提出解决对策。方法采用描述性分析方法,用Excel2000对数据进行统计分析。结果厦门市、区疾控中心仅有思明及湖里区成立独立免疫规划科。市及各区疾控中心共有免疫规划专职人员21人,每万服务人口配置分别为0.0117人、0.0375人,高级、中级、初级及无职称分别为4、6、6、5名;本科及以上、大专、中专学历分别为10、7、4名;年龄在〈35岁、35~49岁、〉50岁以上分别为13、0、8名;从事流行病监测及疫苗管理的分别为14、7名。市及各区疾控中心经费主要来源于本级政府,思明、集美及同安区经费较少。结论厦门市、区疾控中心存在工作人员严重不足、年龄断层现象明显、无独立的免疫规划科、部分单位经费来源单一且较少等问题,应通过积极向卫生行政部门呼吁成立免疫规划科、加强人才队伍建设、充实专职工作人员、调整人员结构、保证工作经费等措施解决。Objective To analyze the service capability of immunization program in Xiamen city and county and put forward strategies for the questions of immunization program. Methods Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data with Excel 2000. Results Independent immunization program department was established only Siming and Huli county in Xiamen city and county of CDCs.A total of 21 immunization program professional personnel were distributed in Xiamen city and county. There were only 0.0117 and 0.0375 persons offering services to per ten thousand people in Xiamen city and county. 4 persons had senior title, 6 persons had intermediate title , 6 persons had primary title and 5 persons had no title. 10 persons had bachelor degree and above, 7 persons had college education , and 4 persons had secondary education. 13 persons were less than 35 years old ,nobody was 35-49 years old and 8 persons were more than 50 years old.The persons engaged in epidemic surveillance and vaccine management were 14 and 7 respectively. Immunization program work fund of CDCs were mainly from the corresponding levels of government in Xiamen city and county and the funds in Siming Jimei and Tong＇an county were less. Conclusion There are a series of questions such as serious shortage of immunization program professional personnel, obvious age fault phenomenon, no independent immunization program department ,single and insufficient work fund.We should actively call for the health administrative department to establish immunization program department, strengthen the construction of talent team, extend immunization program professinal personnel, adjust the structure of personnel, ensure the work funds to solve the questions.
