摘　　要：目的总结成人股骨头无菌性坏死(aseptic necrosis of femoral head,ANFH)的早期影像学表现,以提高对ANFH的早期影像学诊断水平。方法系统回顾分析我院66例ANFH患者的临床资料及DR、CT、MRI影像学资料,从中寻找特点。结果 66例ANFH患者中双侧病变26例,单侧40例(左侧12例,右侧28例),DR确诊47例(71.2%),CT确诊53例(80.3%),MRI确诊63例(95.5%)。结论 ANFH目前最准确的影像诊断方法是有脂肪抑制序列的MRI扫描,特别是DR、CT检查阴性时,能够及时准确诊断,其特异性为96.7%,敏感性为95.5%。Objective To study the imaging characters of aseptic necrosis of femoral head （ANFH）in adult ,to improve the early diagnostic level of ANFH .Methods The clinical data and imaging manifestation of DR ,CT and MRI in 6 6 adults with ANFH confirmed by clinic and pathology .Results Am - ong 6 6 cases ,4 0 cases were unilateral lesions ,2 6 cases were bilateral lesions ,there were 9 2 femoral heads having aseptic necrosis . 6 6 femoral heads were given DR examination ,among them ,4 7 ones were positive ,2 0 ones were normal ;5 3 femoral heads in 6 6 cases were given CT examination ,5 3 ones were positive ,l2 ones were negative ;3 1 femoral heads in 2 8 cases were given MRI examination ,6 3 ones were positive ,3 ones were negative ,and the accuracy rate of diagnosed by MRI was 9 5 .5 % .Conclusion DR is the general examination method for ANFH ,CT ex-amination is the important supplement for DR ;MRI has high sensitiveness and specificity ,and it is the preferred method for early diagnosis of ANFH .
