摘 要:拱形屋面双曲箱形网格属于一种新型的屋面结构,目前已成功运用于我国超高层建筑天津陆家嘴项目大、小采光顶中。此类结构形状新颖,结构复杂,外观要求高,其核心节点为结构中心的X形构件。此构件制作质量不仅影响屋面结构的稳定,而且直接影响整栋高层的外观造型,因此对该建筑的施工具有举足轻重的意义。本文着重介绍了拱形屋面双曲箱形网格X形节点制作技术与应用。Hyperbolic arched roof box grid is a new type of roof structure, it has been successfully applied to the domestic high-rise building in Tianjin Lujiazui size skylights. Such structural shape novel, complex structure,appearance requirements, the core node is X-type component structure of the Centre. This component production quality is good or bad not only affect the stability of the roof structure, but also directly affect the entire senior appearance for construction of the building. It has a pivotal significance. It focused on the research and application of production technology of hyperbolic arc roof box grid X-type node in the paper.
